i feel like max wouldn't keep him? all i'm thinking is powers because steve has so much fucking money bc me and squirt gave him ours, then when i was leaving he had at least 700 bc we were gonna buy shit for me to stay then ntw and debbie decided to go hard to get me out so it wouldn't have made a difference, now they're probably poor and he got all the money
