May it please the court, counsel, and members of the jury; this is a case of murder. You are here because on July 30th, 2021, Nicki Minaj murdered Doja Cat by beating her over the head after a heated argument that was rooted in anger and jealousy.
It is the burden of the prosecution to prove to you beyond a reasonable doubt that Nicki Minaj is guilty of murder in the first degree, and the testimony from the witnesses along with evidence from the crime scene and the autopsy report suggests that Nicki Minaj is the culprit of this crime.
On the morning of July 30th, 2021, Doja Cat arrived at QGames Studios with former castmates for a photoshoot for an upcoming season of the game. Doja Cat did not arrive on set as expected. After searching her dressing room at 10:41am, Arisa Cox found Doja Cat dead. The autopsy report indicates that Doja Cat was murdered between 9:55-10:10am. So, what happened that lead to this senseless murder? The evidence I will bring to you during the trial will show the following:
DNA at the crime scene that did not match Doja Cat’s appeared to belong to that of a woman. There are five women that are suspects in this case, and the evidence at the crime scene along with witness testimonies show that Nicki Minaj is the perpetrator. Video surveillance footage shows that Theodora Crain and Blossom arrived at QGames studies at 10:32AM, which is evidence that these two women were not possibly at the crime scene when the murder took place.
Another suspect, Bayleigh Dayton, was in fact at the studio at the time of Doja’s death. Eyewitness Rose the Hat even saw her enter Doja Cat’s dressing room early that morning, but she reported that she was not there long and Doja was not in her room at the time. Despite being seen in her room, this is not enough evidence to suggest that Bayleigh murdered Doja Cat.
This leaves Big Miss Steak as another possible suspect. Witness Bob Barker shared that Big Miss Steak stood him up on a date and is nowhere to be found, however, a black hair was found on Doja Cat’s body that did not belong to her. Despite Big Miss Steak being a gorgeous, irresistible, fashion icon, she does not have any hair that could be left behind at the crime scene which further suggests her innocence in this case.
That leaves us with Nicki Minaj. Witness Carole Baskin will share that she saw Baby Yoda & Nicki Minaj in a heated argument shortly before the announcement of Doja Cat’s death. An additional witness, Skeeter Valentine, will testify that as he walked by Doja Cat’s dressing room, he heard an argument between two women and the two words he heard were “winner” and “barbecue”. Doja Cat and Nicki Minaj starred on the same season of Big Brother Quarantine (also known as BBQ). Although it was Theodora Crain that was the winner of the season, Doja Cat was crowned the winner of America’s Favorite Player. Witness Brenda Meeks, who also happens to be Nicki’s best friend, tries to incriminate Theodora Crain with her testimony. However, Nicki & Brenda have a history of working together to try and sabotage Theodora’s reputation ever since Theodora was the reason Brenda had lost their season of the game.
This murder was an act of jealousy. Nicki Minaj was envious of all the attention that Doja Cat reviewed for being AFP. Doja Cat also left us with one final clue as a piece of evidence. Before her final breath, she wrote out in lipstick “m-y-a-n” – this was clearly an attempt to spell out “My Anaconda”, in reference to one of Nicki Minaj’s songs that famously peaked at just #2 on the Billboard Charts.
In short, ladies and gentlemen, we expect the evidence to show that Nicki Minaj had a vendetta against Doja Cat due to her BBQ & chart topping success. We expect that after you deliberate and carefully weigh all the evidence in this case you will return the only possible verdict, a verdict of guilty.
