Cosmopolitan- $500
Very mixed feelings, so let's start off with my good feeling. I love advantages that grant safety so much more than I love advantages that grant power. People outside of the majority will claw at anything to be protected for one extra cycle, and having safety means you can have one cycle to form cracks in the majority while not having to worry about repercussions. It's an advantage that more often or not will help the minority alliance than it would the majority, and as I said earlier I much prefer those kinds of twists. I also love the risk element of it, sure you are safe but is it worth it if ppl can freely strategize without you? Is it worth it to abandon your allies by giving up your vote? It's stuff like that I absolutely love in twists, and this one is a perfect example
Onto the bad feelings, why the HELL is this in the VIP club? The $ 500 + $100 VIP club pass means this essentialy costs the same amount as the Bahama Mama, which also gives immunity + involves none of the repercussions listed earlier. While I love the concept of this drink, being a lesser version of a drink already in Bad Girlz Bar, it feels misplaced and I don't really see a good use of it? Maybe I have a misguided sense on the amount of money we will get this season, but the only scenario I see this used is if you spent $100 on the pass, used it to buy the cheapest worthwhile thing which costs $900, and then had ANOTHER $500 to spend bc you now desperately need safety. It's a little hard to imagine having that much money while also being danger.
Maybe I'm missing it's worth, and I don't wanna give it a low score because maybe it is a worthwhile drink. At the very least I love the concept, and for that I give it 3 stars

Margarita- $500
This just seems useless imo. It's very rare that it's impossible to gage out who voted where, and it's just not very important information. Definitely not worth the high price on it. One star

Amaretto Sour- $700
So... I excused the Cosmopolitan because at the very least it technically cost less than the Bahama Mamas. This on the other hand not only has the exact same effects as the BM, BUT ON TOP OF THAT IT COSTS MORE AND REQUIRES A PASS?!?!?!? WHY????? Genuinely would love an answer for this one Kathy. FOR THE RATING


Manhattan- $750
This power is essentially 2 Tequilas. 2 Tequilas cost $600. Manhattan costs $750 plus pass. WHYYYYYYYYYYYYYY???


Dom Pérignon Rose Gold - $900
Remember when I said the cheapest thing with value was $900, well here it is. This is easily one of the strongest powers in Big Brother, half of a coup d'etat, and it can be used for most devastating effects. My opinion of the DPOV is swayed by it essentially saving my life in BBQ1 (Although it was the thing that put me in danger sooo), and it was the major swing that let Me, Saiorse, Cent, and Tiara finally flip the house on it's head and be in power after playing the whole pre-jury from the bottom. It's a power designed to give the minority a chance to flip things and while I love that, I can't ignore that if the power (most likely) gets into the hands of the majority, the power can easily be used to stop a flip dead in it's tracks. Think about the only 3 times it's been in regular BB. Alison, Matt, and Christie were all parts of their respective seasons majority alliance, and each time it was used to disrupt an HOH that was won by someone out side of the Majority (Robert, Brendan & Cliff).
It's a power constantly proven to be Majority-favoured, and since someone from the majority has better odds at getting enough money to buy this power before the minority can, I wouldn't be shocked if it follows the trajectory of regular BB. Still I can't deny my personal experience, so at the end 2 stars
